Gail
R. Kahan concentrates her practice on probate administration and
estate planning for individuals and families of all income levels.
She particularly enjoys working with people who didn't realize that
estate planning is necessary, affordable and even satisfying to
complete. She also advises small and medium size businesses about
formation, contracts and regulatory compliance.
Ms.
Kahan graduated from Wesleyan University and the UCLA School of
Law. During law school, she worked for Riordan & McKenzie and
interned with U.S. District Court Judge Margaret Morrow and California
Court of Appeal Justice Miriam Vogel. After graduation, Ms. Kahan
worked as a Deputy Los Angeles City Attorney. She is licensed to
practice law in Maryland and California and belongs to The Maryland
State Bar Association, the Bar Association of Montgomery County
, the Olney Chamber of Commerce, and the Solution (www.thesolutiononline.org).
She is also active in the Brooke Grove Elementary School PTA and
an avid supporter of Olney's Relay for Life.
